Sir,
I have applied four echs cards for self, wife and two sons and also verified by signal records jabalpur. Now the station headquarters trichy (Tn) have been received only three cards and sent a otp for collection. My another son named j vinex bashtin has not yet been printed nor received by station headquarters till date. Kindly to arrange to issue at the earliest. Because he is crippled for 75% issued by the government of tamilnadu. I was also sent a all supporting documents. My records has done for verification.

Now the station Headquarters Trichy (TN) have been received only three cards and sent a OTP for collection. My another son named J Vinex Bashtin has not yet been printed nor received by station headquarters till date. Kindly to arrange to issue at the earliest. Because he is crippled for 75% issued by the government of tamilnadu. I was also sent a all supporting documents . My records has done for verification.
