Vikram Kolchar Shivarama / I got call from someone saying EXA Technology and asked any of my ID proof and sent a agreement, I shown my lawyer that agreement copy and he suggested me not to login the ID and Password given by them . As my lawyer said I didn’t open and started working for them but after A week they called me and torturing me to pay 9000/- within week, and now they sent a soft copy of lawyer notice . Whether the fraudulent cases solved seriously means let’s file a PIL in High court or Above, this is not a small issue . So many innocent people lost their hardened money because of their scam, even Delhi is headquarter of all such and different SCAMS
The same thing happened to me too they are demanding money and say that it's some it's registered in some other country

I was scamed but those are sign the agreement but not paying money fot that plss dont pay money they are totally fraud the agreement are fraud nd the agreement are copied from net so plss don't worry nd plss donot pay any money they will call u for complaint but these complaint nd case id is also fake if they call u then first abuse them nd then tell the what ever you can do just go nd do i dont worry nd cut the call nd block them they have 4-5 mobile no block all nd feel tenson free plsss. Because they are totally fake peoples

I got a msg and mail from advocate assocciate regarding a case file submitted by exa technology and forced to pay 95000 rupees penalty fee for avoiding proceedings of breach of agreement. But I have already paid rupees 13000 during that period itself for cancellation of the contract and they have messaged that the contract had been cancelled. Now they again forcing me to pay the above said amount
How to resolve this issue please help me anyone. I have already paid 18950 RS for the tremination a d the penalty amount.
