Hi i am afeen yunus. Exa company provided me a captcha filling work. The company asked me for aadhar card to join. When i gave him aadhar card for check. Then कंपनी ने aadhar card इस्तेमाल करके legal agreement बनवाकर धोखे से digital signature करवा लिया (Via email) जिसका मुझे मालूम नही था. When i read the legal agreement paper carefully, i got the company just cheated me.
When i contact to the company via phone call and i told that i am not agree with this legal document that you provided me. I can not do this job & not take this big risk. Then the company deny me and the company says that,
If you will not do the work with us or failed to complete the work then you have to pay a penalty amount 9000 rs. To the company. If you not pay the penalty fee then company will file a case in court with your legal document.
After i paid my penalty amount 9000 rs along with our agreement cancelation charge 21030 rs. For noc. After taking noc through exa technology. That legal company lawyer threat me for a court case. Please prevent me for this cheating company. How i save to me to exa technology.
