Battery back up problem
Dear Sir,
Since I have purchased the battery (Inva Tubular) from Sri Ganpati Sales, Netajee Road, Below UCO Bank, Deoghar-814112 (Jharkhand) on 19/05/2012, there is acute problem of backup. It hardly gives a few minutes back up then it goes off. I have already lodged complain with the dealer one year back from now and the dealer sent his technician, but still the complaint is unresolved. Since its purchase the water level goes down frequently, which is maintained by me regularly(monthly). It consumes 2 to 3 litres water in every two to three months. I am too much frustrated with your company. Please be kindful enough to look into the matter.
