Exide Industries — Faulty Batteries are not being replaced by Exide in Warranty Period

Dear Sir I am Sanjay Kumar from Kankatbagh, Patna. I have purchased Exide make 30 nos 12V/100AH/SMF battery for our UPS system on 28/08/2013, which have get faulty since 07/03/2015. It is under warranty till 27/08/2015. Several time we have lodged complain to Exide and requesting verbally, but Exide is not replacing faulty batteries.
