Complaint no 00109176 was registered on June 10th, Customer Service Executive came and inspected the battery and left without saying anything. We called him multiple times but he did not answer. After that next day we got a SMS from exide saying complaint is closed.
Complaint no[protected] was therby again on 14th June raised and this time no one came and next day we got a SMS that complaint is closed Reason Customer abusive! Really?
Spoke to the dealer he put Service executive on conference who said their internal complaint management system reasons drop down has no other option to close complaint without customer OTP.
Called their call center again new complaint no 00113456 is generated but nothing. Tod customer care about both complaint no she said first was closed - "customer not responding to phone" Second was closed "battery expanded". I have checked warranty document. Nothing excludes that.
