Exide Industries Ltd — Second battery got damage even after getting replaced in warranty period

I have purchased exide battery around. 03.06.2019. This battery stopped working in warranty period before 24 months .

Company has replaced the battery in warranty period and again the new battery whichbwas replaced has stopped working because of weak cell issue with in 6-7 months span.

And now the warranty period has crossed so company is asking me to purchase new battery in discounted rate.

Why the customer should bear loss if there is manufacturing defect in product.

How come the new battery gets damage in 6 months span. Normally battery life is about 4 years . Exide company has cheated with me by giving defective piece .

I am really disappointed with the quality of exide product .

I want replacement of battery free of cost.

This is fraud practice getting carried out by exide company
