Exide Industries — My battery has been not charge in inverter

Sir I have a complain against my inverter battery that purchase 1 year & my waranty 4 year EBIIU[protected] on dated 16.08.22 but your service engineer came & say battery dip discharge a charger machine has been set my home & till date no any service person saw the battery I have call daily but they no take put my phone so please take matter seriously & solve my problem
