Exide Industries — New Car Battery Dead within 5 months

Hi Team,

We bought a new car battery from Exide dealer and it was dead and twice it was charged by the dealer and there was of no use and he opened a case 4970949 for replacing with new battery whereas we are not getting enough response from Exide and the battery was given back to the dealer and kept car aside for almost 1.5 month and request your help to escalate this case to next level as there was not enough response from the guy who is dealing the case.
