To day i visited EXIDE CARE center @2pm M/S HAPPY SERVICE @ Mugappair West, Chennai (EXIDE CARE contact number [protected]) to purchase new battery for my yamaha scooter ..i was traveling from 5 kms distance to this location for this purchase, this EXIDE CARE made me to wait more than one hour saying to wait for 5 minute ..but there was one old person keep on cheating me asking to wait for 5 minute ...i spent almost one and half hour as there is no nearest EXIDE CARE...
Is this the way the EXIDE team cares about customers having breakdown vehicles???
While I asked for customer field staff contact to register a complaint this EXIDE CARE OWNER replied you may proceed to complain to any channel in EXIDE and they do not care about such complaints.
If any customer reaches for a battery purchase at EXIDE CARE and the above-mentioned attitude of non response is better, I suggest rename your dealer as "EXIDE NOT TO CARE " instead of "EXIDE CARE"...
My intention to highlight here is that you do not have any right to ask me to wait for one and half hours to purchase a simple battery for a two wheeler breakdown scooter. on this your team forced me to purchase other brand battery to recover my breakdown scooter.
