Exide Industries — Regarding poor service | |||
I had complained about my Inva tubular IT 500 gel battery on 09/02/2017 at 4:28P.M.My job no. is -EWEH[protected] and warranty registration no.Is- EWEH[protected].But till now nobody even tried to contact me.When I myself, out of anger, did contact the Branch Head Mr.Pradhan whose mobile no is -[protected], he showed me complete indifference about my complaint. Is this the service of Exide Industries? I had bitter experience with Exide Industries.Plz take stringent action against the person associated with this problem.Thanks. I have given exide battery 27/02/2017 at himayatnagar Branch, hyderabad which is in warranty bill number 586. But no one has contacted me, whenever i made a call to them even not at all giving proper response to me over phone. In that Branch Mr prasad is talking hard & ruthless language. Is this service you are giving? Very very poor service
