Exide Industries — regarding problems in exide battery m red 35r with a month. | |||
Sir/madam I purchased exide mred 35r on 07.11.2018 from s. S. R. Enterprises lal chowk srinagar kashmir but within a month the battery was unable to start my car. I even got my car checked from the mechanic but it was found that the car (Alternator) was ok & battery had some problem. On 06.12.2018, i went back to the vendor for evaluation but he sent the battery to service centre for checkup. Though the battery has 48 months of warranty but i am unable to understand why i was not provided immediately with a new battery. Further from 9.12.18 onwards i am calling the shop owner everyday but he is not giving me any proper answer. Today is 12.12.18 n still there is no information regarding the battery and the shop owner drops my call without giving any proper answer. I m stuck from the past 7 days without car. What is my fault? I am unable to use my car in case of any emergency that may arise. It is requested to kindly help me in this hour of need.
