I have an Exide battery for my car, The company has the serial number of the battery through which they can check if the purchase is genuine and if the product is under warranty. Still, I am not able to receive any reply to the emails I have sent them. On calling customer care they are saying that if you don't have a warranty card and invoice then it's not into warranty. The actual issue is that I bought this car from my friend and he replaced the battery in 2021 only. The battery has the serial number and the date of Manufacturing/last charged by Exide.
The battery details are as follows.
1. Serial Number:- A4F1E013212
2. Battery Type:- MLDIN60
Is it justified? anyone can lose the papers and documents, but the company has all the records of their product which they can verify from the serial number of the battery. Was this information helpful? |
