[Resolved]  Exide — Inverter Battery Backup

First of all, i would like to say that your service is worst. I complaint about the inverter battery backup in the month of May. But still there is not a single response given to me from your side and whenever i like to talk to your customer care representative regarding to this matter, he says your complain has been send to our engineer of your location and your problem will be short out within two days. But now this the month of October, my problem is raising day by day and not a single person is came to solve the problem. I talked to your engineer personally, number given by the customer care. And he said "हम किसी के घर नहीं जाते है, आप अपना बैटरी विक्रेता को दे दीजिये, हम वही जाच करेंगे ". these words are told by your engineer. How irresponsible is this.
