Exide — Poor Services with Poor Battery for Vehicle

Dear Team, I have purchased the Exide Battery for my Vehicle just 2 years back now battery is having some issue and I have raised a complain against the same on 9th July 2015, complain no ::NUPA00006187, Since past 10 days no one has called me up and Customer care is not also helping me to resolve my issue...I asked Grevience for Exide or Escalation Matrix for Exide so that I could escalate the issue no one from Customer care is helping... I request to all of you who read this please dont buy EXIDE company Item specially Battery its a poor product in the market worst service after sale...please don't buy this product...
