[Resolved]  Expat Properties — expat properties property fraud please do not invest

This is regarding the investment we did with expat project and developments private limited in the year 2012, for which the possession was supposed to be in dec 2017. However, "m/s expat projects & development pvt. Ltd." has defaulted possession despite receiving payments of almost 100% of the plot amount.
After the completion of tenure for payments, we have continuously been following up with expat project and developments private limited team for registration or update on the development however there is no response from them.

I met berlyn d’souza - sr. Manager from expat project and developments private limited in nov 2017 at their mumbai office, discussed about either registration, handover of project plot or reimbursement of amount for which berlyn had assured of handover of project plot after registration by mid-2018, they had defaulted again with the commitments and timelines giving same excuse of extending timelines, visited expat properties mumbai office again in november 2018, wherein i had discussion with mr. Amit kumar (Sr. Vp), the team is now giving same excuse of extension of timelines. It is now hard to believe on the commitments by expat project and developments private limited team and this significant delay is causing risk to the hard-earned money invested by us.

I would like to seek attention of competent authority to take action against the defaulting organisation and get the money back or handover of project at the earliest.
Moreover, i urge all the prospective investors beware of expat properties while investing in their any project.
