I am in the same boat. Investedin Asmita for last 9 years no possession as yet. They are not answering the calls. We should take legal actions. I am contacting news media to expose them as NRI s are easy prey for them. We should this rude people lesson of their life. As Soon as any of the news channels agree I will let you know.

It would be good if all of us get together and file a criminal case against all directors and with ED and RERA and courts. let me know how many want. if we join hands, we can land these crooks in jail like the mallayas and nirav modi. Iets form a body of customers and teach them a lesson

The company has been duping all the buyers in a similar manner...I am also struggling since last two years to get the payout from expat. Every commited date just passes by without any output and new date is offered but no payout...going legal is the only option left... aggrieved customers can watsapp me on [protected]...let's go legal and ensure they are taken to task not only in India but also in Dubai... Although they must be used to it as they have duped a large number of buyers but presently with emphasis towards buyers issues, there is hope from legal system...let's all form a group on watsapp and plan further course of action.

I am facing similar issues with Expat Group. For last one year I have been promised refund payment and every month I get same excuse - cash crunch. Cash crunch to return my due payment of little over 1.5 lacs per month!
With all the complaints that I notice here, Expat Group and its management is run by crooks who have duped customers and need to be taken to task. I am all for legal action both in India and in Dubai. I had invested in 1 acre plot but was told project is delayed indefinitely due to RERA issues. All a lie...

I am also a huge sufferer. Invested in their Tala & Lavania project over a couple of years. They told me to convert my investment into a Fixed Deposit for which they gave me a letter signed by Berlyn in their letter head.
After sometime on Althea wrote to me that they can not give FD and that I should invest in their Goa project. After seeing the project I declined. Then they offered me in a reta approved project in Navi Mumbai. When I asked for the details o[censored]nit etc they told me that the rera approval has not come.
No one picks up the phone. They have blocked my no. Earlier Mr Berlyn used to answer my msgs but now even he has stopped.
I am a retired senior citizen and put my life’s savings into this project and now this is what they are doing to me. Will some one pl help this old man.

how can we all come together.. we need to file this in EOW. else a civil case matter will be in abeyance for a long time. we need to act together.
I’m also a huge sufferer with my investments in Expat group. If there is any way we can get our money back, pls keep me in the loop.
Ok 10 years, our money would have doubled, but 10 years later, we’ve lost the principal amount as well and no land handed over either!!

I had booked in Rishika, Mangaon project in 2013. With possession planned in 2018. Since, 2018 I started follow up and they said project is delayed by 1 year and they will pay me interest as per the clause in the agreement. from 2019 till now they have stopped responding to phones or emails. I dont know whom to approach for my fully paid up money for 1 acre plot in Mangaon. Can anyone please help.

I had a similar experience narrated by all the investors. They are cheaters and we should get together and drag them to the courts. These people deserve to be sent to jail for duping investors of their hard earned money.
Unless we all come together nothing will happen.

Wonder how cheats like Santosh Shetty, Agnelo & Berlyn get a nights sleep defrauding hundreds of gullible investors. Surely must be taking sleeping pills.
I fully agree with above complainant.
They are worst people, cheaters and fraudsters expat properties is.
i had invested in 2010 and they did not give any status update for last 3.5 years. When i followed up, it took Berlyn 40days to find out the status from their "operation team" and the status was "they won't be able to complete the project" and offered me alternate studio apartment in Goa.
they are cheaters and are like vultures eating on dead meat. people are waiting for their refunds for over 2 years. Their directors hide behind 2 sweet talkers, Mr Berlyn & Mr Agnelo.
they are running a ponzy scheme and are looting innocent investors of their hard earned money.
Mr Berlyn can not deny knowing my investment or a single word that I have wriiten here. He is unable to fix asimple meeting with any of his director as if they are PM of India. Cheaters enjoying in Dubai on our sweat & blood.
