Yes my money has been given back but after so much of struggle and harassment on the customer. First you cheat customers, then even after highest escalation you refused to accept your mistake and then finally after a long battle you give the money back. So What should i learn from this? You do not value a customer at all because who will compensate for the harassment and mental torture you guys gave us and getting this money back. You guys did not even try once to compensate it anyhow because maybe for you cheating is normal like this. Keep it up but can't say you are doing some good work because if for simple things it takes long battle like this its not worth dealing with you guys.
