I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing to express my disappointment with the product that I purchased from your online store and received on 2/02/23 with order no 53520EZS
Unfortunately, the Product reading glass that I received was not of the standard that I expected. The product was of substandard quality and made of low quality materials which may cost only Rs 100 for which I paid Rs 995
I have tried to contact your customer service department several times but to no avail. As a result, I am writing to request a full refund for the purchase price of the product.
I have enclosed the necessary proof of purchase, as well as a photo of the substandard product for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible.

With due respect we want to inform you that we have received the above mentioned order of Intelligent photochromic/Autofocus/Anti Blue/Ultra light reading glass on date 23.02.2023.
But this glass is not fit for our Eye.Sending glass power is +1.25 but our eye is suitable for +2.5 power.
So please exchange it for power + 2.5 and if you unable to Exchange, please initiate the process of Refund our Money.
