[Resolved] Ezone — 13-July-2014 payment; Cash Back not Received yet (07-Dec-2014) due to TID not registered with HDFC bank | |||
Hi, I purchased LED from EZone, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (csdezone.[protected]@futureretail.in) on 13-July 2014, Amount Rs 31953/- (POS[protected] EZONE Ghaziabad POS; [protected]) Invoice[protected]. I visited multiple time Ezone from where i purchased but Ezone employee told me that due to TID issue we are unable to process your cash back and we have no details when it will be processed but i informed top management in commercial who is handling cash back related offers. Q.1- If this is future group who made mistake then why customer suffer? Q-2 Why should customer fallow up with ezone multiple times when this is ezone commit mistakes. Q. 3- Is this over commitment to increase business while cheating with customer? Q 4- If Ezone management identified issue then why can not provide credit note to purchase from BIGBAZAR ?
