Ezone — Complaint on Manager Vinod, Ezone-Manjeera Mall | |||
Yesterday at 7:00pm we visited Ezone in Manjeera Mall to Purchase a Laptop. Mr. Vinod(manager) had show the different types of Laptops and given a good Demo. At last we finales the model and ready to purchase. We had completed all formalities and filled the application form (Form No: 476) and Mr.Vinod had given some free items of Printer, Antivirus and Kit. I had given my credit card for swiping, he asked me to wait for some time. At 10:00pm Mr.Vinod is saying that Laptop is not available. We waited for 3Hours, my sister felt very sad. If the Laptop is not available why these people are cheating us and making a big drama. They wasted our time and and make us our family very sad.
