shopping of refrigerator (buyer order:[protected]} dated 27/10/2014 worth 26990 INR made us eligible for free shopping of RS4200 .As the SYSTEM was down, we were assured of crediting the equivaent ponts as soon as the SYSTEM gets activated.two personal visit to the shop has failed to yield satisfactoy reply and action.such adelay is unjustified and malicious on the part of the company.the company stands to redeem not only the aforesaid amount but also the costs of prsonal visits and mental agony.
