[Resolved] Ezoneonline.in — Philips mixer and grinder bought online from ezone | |||||
I bought a philips mixer grinder from ezone (Order no e[protected] which has not worked from the first second. I have asked them to change the defunct piece and they told me to go to service center of philips??. Is it normal behaviour from a online company. Iam really dejected and disappointed by the bad approach of the company as they supplied me a defunct piece and now making stories when i want to return it back and take a new piece or refund. I realy feel sad by the inaction on the part of etailer, this kind of experiences deter us from doing online shopping. Was this information helpful? | |||||
