EzoneOnline — Sending Display Piece on Delivery

I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 22nd-Feb-2015 from eZone (Marathalli). I had noted down the serial number of the display piece which they had kept at the store. I told them to deliver the new product from the warehouse and don't try to send the display piece as i know how you guys cheat. They told they will deliver new piece from warehouse. But on delivery I found that they had delivered the display piece even after warning 10 times to not try to cheat by sending display piece. I complaint against Mr. Srikanth (Store Manager), Mr. Sikander Feroz (floor manager) and Mr. Rajani T (sales guy) Can strict action be taken against eZone and impose fine and cancel their license for cheating customers. Don't know how many people they have cheated like this.
