[Resolved]  EzRecharge — Non - Recharging of Sun Direct - reg

On 9-02-23 (Yesterday night) I recharged my home Sun Direct DTH connection SIM [protected] for Rs. 229/- (Total 241/-) but it was not recharged then. In this regard i try to contact ezrecharge and forwarded 2-3 mail through your app by showing above complaint. But no response received from your side either by phone or male. Later I got a number in the name of ezrecharge[protected] and present the problems. The man who attended my call told me that the amount I paid is refunded. He send me a file named ' Document from Pari.apk' in the whats app from Tele No. [protected] and ask me to fill the amount and the payment method and UPI ID etc. I feel wrong with his activity and thereby I close my conversation with him telling some reason. Now I firstly wish to know about my recharge and about the person talk with me as your represantative of refund is true ornot.
