I ordered 6 grocery items on EZTrolley site on 22-July-2020 and paid online at the time of placing the order. But I have not received the items till date. Also, there is no order tracking and they are not providing any information about the status of my order. Customer support number provided is always switched OFF. Customer Support mail ID provided also does not exist. And, if they are not in a position to deliver the items, they should refund the amount that I paid online. Even they are not doing that. So overall, there is no visibility or accountability from this company towards the consumers. Was this information helpful? |
