I had cracked the screen of my ASUS transformer tab and had therefore given it to the F1 info solutions at Saleh Centre, Cunningham Road, Bangalore. I was told it would take Rs. 6200 to fix.. this was on 27th November. On 1st December I get a call from a Mr. Touseef saying that the quote is 9200 ruppees, which was not communicated to me when I had given the laptop for repair. I asked him not to repair it. The next day that is today though I called multiple times I couldn't get in touch with him. The staff were very callous and unhelpful. I went to Saleh centre to retrieve my device and was told that the price had changed from 6200 to 9200 in three days. I am very disappointed with the service. I would advice anyone against going there. It is literally a waste of time and money. Was this information helpful? |
