Fab Hotels — complaint to notify I have not received refund amount from fabhotels

Hi,

To whomsoever it is concerned. The hotel i booked was for rs1361 but the hotel people asked for 1600.
The fabhotels customer people told me to pay and fabhotels will refund the difference amount.

Please take it on priority.. I am highly disappointed by the services given.
The dawn people made us wait for long and does not basic ethics towards customer.. They are not ready to speak over with fabhotels and keep insisting customer to call and resolve ourself..

This is really upsetting
