Fab Hotels — Hygiene and health

Since last evening I am staying in sam residency which is located in coimbatore booking ID GX1ON1 as per booking instructions it is mentioned all amenities available with hot water and daily hygiene and staffs are cleaning the rooms on daily basis and sanitizing but nothing is available her the room is given uncleaned and food is not available.. during this pandemic situation we can understand the problem but not at the cost of our safety I cannot shift the place now hence need 50% waiver for my stay in my overall amount
