Fab Hotels — treatment towards visitors

I had gone to meet a guest at fab hotel in marvel bliss located in viman nagar where the behavior of the reception staff was shocking. I asked the reception for the room the guest was staying. At the reception in a rather rude way i was told to call from my mobile and ask the guest the room number. It is rather surprising that your hotel does not have intercoms. The guest told me the room number so i headed towards the elevator to meet him. I was stopped at the reception and asked to wait outside the hotel premises, which i found rather humiliating in front of the others sitting. I asked for the owner so a person very shabbily dressed said he was the owner. Ultimately the guest came and i informed him of the event. I am in the banking industry and do realise the importance of customer service. Please take care that such events do not occur as effects very badly of your group. I would never stay or suggest anyone your hotel.
