Faballyshop — I am complaining about a product which I haven't received yet

I paid an amount of 379 to this gagera enterprise to order a dress from it in this app but till now i did not receive any dress nor any further notification from it. Also when I try to login in this app via my email id that is [protected]@gmail.com (from which i ordered the dress), it shows that this account has not been logged in.
