Fabfresh — product spoiled

I had given a very expensive saree for dry cleaning on 31st Dec. I received it back on 5th Jan and ever since then I am desperately trying to reach customer care. The golden work on the saree has turned black. Tried speaking to customer care, but they do not respond. Sent pictures to customer care marking the founder/CEO Mr. Bhuvana, but no response!
This is atrocious!
Very very disappointed.I do not know how to catch hold of them. Off and on, I keep getting calls from their customer care team asking if I have any clothes that I would like to give for dry cleaning and when I explain the issue to them, they immediately say "complaints are handled by other team"
Please help.
