I have booking in applin hilden in. Shimla but when o reached at hoteller refuse to give a room and said that i didnt received any booking confirmation from fab i contact with customer care they i ill give another hotel they give us a another hotel that is too far from from first booking i said that i didnt wont another booking pls give us refund they tell that ok your amount will be refunded but still i get any refund i have proof of hotel they have given. In writting and i have full recording of customer care pls give my full refund other wise i ill esclate your complain and post on all social media
