1. I made online payment of Rs549 on December 29, 2014.
2. After making me wait for three weeks, they suggested I apply for a refund.
3. I applied for the refund via their suggested method on January 21, 2015.
4. Today it's been one month since I had applied for refund, and I'm yet to get my money.
5. The toll-free number on the website doesn't work.
6. Emails sent to customer care come back with pre-written reply: "We have forwarded your request to the concerned department."
