Fabpanda — Need to return and get refund

I had purchased a designer dress (order id: 29414) worth 1349 on 7th Jan which got delivered on 14th Jan. I placed the return (return id: 715) the same day. I have sent them umpteen mails regarding the pick up for the return, they did reply but there is no pick up done yet. Customer care number is for show - hardly ever works. They don't reply to mails properly and don't even respond on Facebook or twitter. Fabpanda MUST be shut.
