I had ordered a Chinos(Pant) from their website order no 17223, which turned out to be smaller in size, I immediately asked for a return/refund, which they accepted it and picked up the pant from my home and promised a refund in couple of weeks. I have been trying to contact them but in vain. The problem is they don't even reply my mails and their phone number is also not working. I had given them my bank details for refund purposes. This all thing has been happening from October 2015. Please register my complaint against the website and take appropriate actions against them and help me get the refund.
