Fabpanda — Non deliver of product even after 39 days

I ordered a Casio Edifice Efr-501D-1Avdf (Ex052) Chronograph Watch vide order id 37934 dated 27th Jan 15, the payment was made via Internet banking. This hasn't been delivered and there is no information on the dispatch also. On writing to the them on the email add, they reply the delay for your add is regretted. Their company is in Okhla and my address is of Delhi, I cant understand the issue with the address as both are close by. They didn't even shared the reason of the delay nor the expected delivery date. Kindly take the issue its been a high time. Or even if you could guide on how to proceed for a legal action against them, please help. Best Regards, Hardeep Singh
