ORDER # 21098 THE VENDOR PICKED UP THE AMOUNT 21 DAYS AGO AND DID NOT DELIVERY THE PRODUCTS ORDERED ONLINE. THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN REALIZED ON THE 5TH OF DECEMBER. IN SPITE OF CONTINIOUS FOLLOW UPS. THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECCUTIVE KEPT ON LYING THAT THE AMOUNT HAS NOT BE RECEIVED AND WE DINT GET THE PAYMENT. MS. PRIYA/AMITH SING HAS BEEN LYING THAT THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECIEVED. WHEN ASKED FOR THE AIRWAY BILL NUMBER THEY SAY THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT YET DISPATCHED NOR HANDED OVER TO THE VENDOR FOR DISPATCH.
AMOUNT OF 1000 HAS BEEN LYING IN THEIR ACCOUNT. THEY ARE SAYING THEY WILL GIVE ME A 100 RUPEES SORRY CARD AS THEY HAND IT TO A BEGGER. DISGUISTING. NOT SURE IF THEY COMPLY WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF BEING AN ONLINE STORES.
