Fabpanda — Order not received

No notifications, no delivery from your company.
I haven't received any notification till now about my product and tracking is also not possible.

I had made an online purchase on Fabpanda through credit card on 6th Jan 2015. The order hasn't reached yet and no information regarding the product status is available. I had made a couple of calls to the customer care and forwarded a few mails.No response has been received.

I had made a purchase at FabPanda through credit card payment, on the 6th of January 2015. I haven't received the order yet. I tried contacting customer care (sent mails and called the CC no.) but no response from either sources. Please inform me regarding the action to be taken.

very worst customer care

i had placed an order on 1/2/2015 and it has been 13 days but i have not received my order ...my order no. is 40402 and it is a white woollen jacket .They are not even picking up the phone and not replying any mail ...pls help me out so that i can get my order...

I ordered a pair of shoes from fab Panda almost a month ago, till now I have not received the order and even the order has not been dispatched yet, I tried to call them but there number is always engaged, it never works, Now U am trying to get my refund, I have sent them almost 7 emails but there is no response on them also, please suggest as to what should I do in order to get my money back from this fraud company

I ordered a dress from Fabpanda with order id: 34698, but it has been more than a month i have not received my order.
I have tried contacting customer care several times, but the customer care number never got connected.
Also, i have mailed them many times, but still there is no response from their side.

With constant complaints over their online messaging service I get no reply. I made an online purchase with fabpanda and only received 1 item. Rest they cancelled it on their own without my concern and didnt bother to refund the amount I paid. Their toll free number never gets through nor do I get an email reply of the complaint heard. As if no one is there receiving any kind of emails. Such a waste of money.
