Fabpanda — Part of my order not delivered

Order # 34005 The above order was placed on 19th Jan 2015 and one of the product (# CM2012) is not yet delivered. Its almost 10 days now and the product still shows COD Confirmed status. When I try to call the customer care it always goes on voice mail and there is no reply even after leaving the voice mail or sending an email. Please reply asap.
