This is my THIRD mail to You people! I think your customer support lacks basic courtesy and you people need to improve in a lot of things. I haven't received my order which was placed on 13th March 2015. I have tried to get in touch with you people as i said this is my THIRD and FINAL mail, I have already paid for my order, this is not very professional from your side. Kindly revert back immediately.

Fabpanda is the worst online shopping site when it comes to customer satisfaction. I had placed an order on Fabpanda dated 13th March 2015 and i am yet to receive it. I have written THREE mails to their customer support and I have not got any response of such from their side. It will be best to cancel the order, But this is a prepaid order and I do not want to lose my money since their site states that "cash non refundable". I hope that this complaint will be helpful and they will at least revert back after this.
Fabpanda needs to brush up their customer service and satisfaction if they want to compete on this wide forum!
