Faction Hut — Fraud - Wrong product received and return is also not getting processed

I ordered combo of Anarkali kurtas from faction hut but what I got is a used and dirty shirts. This trash costed me 800Rs.

Now refusing to refund or return for wrong product delivered. This is fraud.

I request you to please help me in refund.
