Factory — unauthorized factories in residential area

Sir/madam It is a matter of deep concern that some illegal factory is operating in our area and releases harmful toxic gases in the environment which caused air pollution as well as noise pollution in our area. People complain many times but no action has been taken. The factory owner carried out it activities from the past 15 years, many old people in our society faces breathing problem and it increases their problem. The address of the factory is 10/36 subhash nagar, New delhi-110027. The higher authority also offer him a land in bavana but still he doesn't move from here. Kindly take action on this issue.
