Yes falls in construction cheating and fraud company. No doubt. First u give proper receipts to the customers. U prepared agreement in the name of arunachalam associates. But u given receipts in the name of falls in construction. So u r a fraud company. Then i[censored] didn't get full payment why u hand over the house to the customer incomplete and given completion certificate. Joint venture between u and alagasan. U also cheated alagasan. U didn't complete his building. R u a builder? For individual didn't pay service tax. This basic thing also u didn't know. I also have a compliment receipt given by seliyur police station.
