Hi Sir,

Please note i have submitted the claim documents for Akhila S ( UHID - Q[protected], Newborn Baby Male B/o Akhila T I(UHID - Q[protected], Newborn Baby Male B/o Akhila T II (UHID - Q[protected] .

I have submitted the respective documents for Newborn Baby Male B/o Akhila T I(UHID - Q[protected], Newborn Baby Male B/o Akhila T II (UHID - Q[protected] for PARTIAL Claim on 19th july and also received the email fro
[protected]@fhpl.net
with following subject
Your claim documents are submitted successfully. You will hear from us within 2 working days. Your claim will be paid only after receipt of physical documents uploaded.

Please note the claim Id is not generated for above two submissions for Partial Claim

The claim id is generated for Akhila S where docuents are submitted on 20th july .

Please generate the claim id and also let me know the progress on all three submissions.

The same is discusses with ankusha ( customer care executive ) and promised that i will receive the update by tommorow end of the day
