Family Health Plan [Fhpl] — Delay in providing details for claiming secondary insurance

I admitted in a hospital for deivery with cashless insurance which covers 80% of my hospital bills. I have a secondary insurance to which I have to provide all the details and claim the remaining bill. For that purpose they wanted few details from the primary insurance company.

I sent first request mail on Dec 17, 2023 and have sent more than 10 reminders after that but till date (Jan 18, 2024) no one responded with the details. I even went in person to the FHPL office at Coimbatore but they wanted to send out a mail. I called the customer care but they wanted to send only mail. I have tagged few FHPL heads in that mail thread but still no one is bothered. We are paying principal for these insurance companies but they are least bothered about us. Really pathetic with this insurance company.

If someone submit claim after 2 months after discharge will you approve that claim? No right. You wanted all the details within 30 days after discharge. Same applies for other insurance companies as well. Show some respect to the one who has insurance in your company.
