We have made a purchase on 30th July'22 of a merchandise amounting 1439/- from the website of Faonews while browsing the facebook.We also received payment confirmation of order no.143092 via mail id [protected]@hotmail.com.
But on the same day, we have received another mail from mail id [protected]@hotmail.com regarding payment failure and asking for payment via UPI channel.
But till 12th Aug'22, we have neither received any refund nor any merchandise
