[Resolved] Faritha.com — Material not delivered | |||||
I have ordered dry fish through the online shopping portal Faritha.Com on 01 July 2021 and I have paid Rs.450/- The shopping portal sent me mails confirming my order and shipping details. Material was sent through Xpressbees courier service and I was provided with a tracking number. The parcel was meant to be delivered on 05 July 2021. Though the tracking status showed that the parcel has received its destination it was never delivered to me. I didn't got any call from the courier service. When I tried to call the customer care of Xpressbees, I was diverted to different numbers, but never got a customer care executive on line. When I tried to call Faritha.com over phone, it went unattended. When I mailed them my grievance, I got a reply that they will take up the issue with the courier service. That was the only reply I have got from them. Since then all my mails have gone in vain without getting any response from the concerned. Now the tracking status of my parcel is showing as "Closed" on Xpressbees site. I haven't received any refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jul 23, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Company had reshipped my item through Bluedart on 20th July '21 and I have received the same today. In the meantime they started communicating with me through email ([email protected]) and assured me that they will reship the item or will refund my amount. They asked 3 to 4 days time to resolve the issue and did it as promised. As my problem has been addressed I hereby close my complaint. | |||||
