I had placed an order num[protected] in Aug 2016 but due to the poor quality of the clothes I had to cancel my order and asked for a refund . The items worth 5699 were picked from my residence on 12th sep. And till date after 21 emails I am getting stupid automatically generated emails saying they are almost done with their processing and I would get my refund in next 5 to 7 days. God only knows what processing are they doing after a month too. On top of that these frauds aren't picking my calls on the customer support number. Today when they picked after a month as soon as I mentioned that my refund is pending the customer support guy disconnected the call and hasn't picked my subsequent calls. They are just harassing people .. Pls don't buy anything from their website. They fool you and send substandard goods which are not worth 1/4th the price charged. And then when you talk of refund ..This is the way they behave .

Updated by Ms81 The way these people are evading my calls and not pinpointing in the email chains as to why the refund hasn't been done yet in spite of been collected from me a month back ..is extremely frustrating . And this is when I have been a loyal customer since last 2 yrs. Many times they cancelled my order previously without giving required details too. But this is too much now.
