I paid Rs 2580 for a two seater Diwan on 9th Aug 2022 on their website thru gateway Pay U and got following message :

Delivery was promised on site within 8-10 days of payment - when I sent them a mail on 13th Aug 2022 at [protected]@gmail.com to check status of my order, there was no response. I called them on the number listed on their website [protected] many times but response always was " switched off"

Kindly help in recovering my paid amount
